Review of Another Thin Man (1939) by Hannah M — 27 Dec 2008
Probably the best mystery of the series up to this point, and some of the comedy is right up there with the other two. The recurrence of Nick keeping Nora from joining him in dangerous situations leading to her getting to a clue faster than he does continues to be fun.
Great supporting cast as well. The baby is still just a baby and doesn't start ruining the movies yet, and Asta is barely there to mess it up either. So this could quite possibly be the best of the first three for that reason.
