Review of Another Gay Movie (2006) by Lee S — 18 Jun 2007

I thought that this was a pretty hilarious comedy that plays on the stereotypes of gays within society really well, and it's a fantastic parody of American Pie, one of the most 'straight' films ever produced.

I was actually shocked by how graphic this film was though, it's kinda bordering on softcore porn. I haven't got a problem with that because the cast were pretty hot, but I have found that a lot of my straight friends find it uncomfortable to watch.

They also made some quite big mistakes during casting, like why the fuck did they cast Graham Norton in a role? I did NOT need to see his saggy ass within the first 5 minutes of the film. Eurgh. And whilst I love all my fellow gays, the uber camp guy just got on my fuggen tits.

Not really a good representation of what it is like to be gay, and not a very good representation of how gay sex actually happens, but then it isn't really meant to be anything other then cheap laughs so it can be forgiven.
