Review of Another Earth (2011) by Brad K — 24 Jan 2012
This could have been titled "Jurassic Park" for all that the Other Earth figures into this movie. It's actually about a girl overcoming her guilt from a car crash in the form of falling for a middle-aged guy.
The Other Earth figures into the story for a brief instant just before the film cuts to black and ends. No amount of "philosophy" or mumbling redeems these elements.
