I'd be lying if I said I wasn't at all annoyed by the fact that the concept of Earth 2 wasn't really explored much, or that I wasn't at times bored by the immensely slow pace. But it really does pay off and concepts that Hollywood would delve into using space marines and explosions and cheap twist endings are given a much more artistic and meaningful purpose here.
