If you like Shakespeare you will like this. That said if you think you might be offended by the idea of Shakespeare as a fraud, don't watch it. But if you don't think of it as the truth, but just enjoy it as a story, it's very entertaining.
Loved the opening in the theatre, great idea. The jumping around in time can be a bit confusing, but I do like the non-linear story structure as it keeps your attention.
