While I may not buy into the premise behind the story, it hardly matters because this is a tremendous movie. Brilliantly acted by the main cast, especially Ifans and Redgrave, superbly directed and shot, a great script, and just incredibly enjoyable.
Doesn't matter if you're a Shakespeare fan or not, this is a great story, and a great movie.
