The most self-serving shit. I get that the movie is leaning entirely on being an animated film for adults, but the melancholy is worthless because the script generates no sympathy for the main character.
At all. The most tired, overused story. Other than the use of voices being kind of cool, nothing new was brought to it. It's one star instead of a half because the animation was good. Get it together, Kaufman.
