Review of Annihilation (2018) by Seth O — 03 Jan 2019
A wasted opportunity for something that could have been special, instead of being dished a serving of the surreal and incomprehensible world that the book promised, we get dim scenes of actors emoting their anguish using as few words as possible.
By the time something happens in the movie you really don't care anymore, that is if you happen to be awake to see them. A horror film director who specializes in B film would have at least more imaginative then this flop.
