Review of Annie (2014) by Duncan1964 — 23 Jan 2015
A remake of the classic musical isn't a terrible idea, but this version misses the mark by a long way. Wallis is very good as the young orphan, and Rose Byrne does the best she can with very little, but Foxx is woefully miscast and Diaz appears to be trying to win an award for worst overacting of the year.
