One of my favourite movies from my childhood. A movie adaptation that one could argue is even better than the book! And a great ensemble cast, most notably Megan Follows as Anne, Richard Farnsworth as Matthew, Colleen Dewhurst as Marilla, and Jonathan Crombie as Gilbert.
I used to have such a huge crush on him! :P.
