Review of Annabelle (2014) by Damovielover — 02 Oct 2014

If I were to compare The Conjuring to this year's Annabelle, well this year's prequel to the horror classic, The Conjuring, is all but a cliched boring demonic ritualistic fare that doesn't add much of an improvement upon its sequel nor doesn't connect the dots on what is all about the creepy doll in the Conjuring.

At least there were few parts that gave me thrills especially the demon scene there. Oh that was creepy and intense but all in all its still a failure to justify a satisfying horror film.
