Review of Anna Karenina (2012) by Louise D — 02 Jul 2015
I watched due to interest in seeing how the film dealt with the constraints placed upon itself in being set largely in a theatre. The early scenes, where this was true, were great: verging on a ballet with bits of talking.
However it later diverged from the theatre scenario and for me became more of a ho-hum weepie.
