Review of Anna Karenina (2012) by Emmanuel S — 08 Mar 2013
The actors are super in their parts. The play/musical/glee style is confusing too much in the beginning. As the movie progresses it is less confusing. One can get tired of the jumping style of the film.
That being said it is very worthy of watching. Knightly is superb! Bronsky her lover is handsome and one can understand why a woman would be hard pressed to be faithful. That brings Jude Law who would be a great husband to have.
Mathew Mc Fayden ( well I love him in anything since Pride And Predujuice. A Great work redone yet again. I recommend watching would have preferred the movie solely as a movie though. Hats off to the actors!
