Review of Animal Kingdom (2010) by Darren C — 10 Dec 2012
Impressive story that really draws you in about a Melbourne crime family. Gritty, tense, unnerving at times but the story is always moving. It's like the movie is on edge the whole time. Mendelson is brilliantly creepy, Edgerton is strangely lovable, Pearce is likable enough and Jacki Weaver is perfection.
8/10.
