I'd like to rate it higher, but it's just not quite good enough. Steve Buschemi is my favourite actor ever, so him being the director affects my outlook. But this movie is supposedly based on Eddie Bunker 's true experience's in prison.
Tom Arnold finally shows that he has a tiny thread of acting ability. And Willem Dafoe... what can't this guy do.
