Review of Angry Video Game Nerd: The Movie (2014) by Benjamin S — 14 Oct 2014

This was wonderful. Director and star James "The Angry Video Game Nerd" Rolfe clearly graduated from the Lloyd Kaufman school of film making, and is even honored with a cameo in the film. Every scene is a homage to the low budget, model FX, and gorefest films from the 50's on, and Rolfe does a fantastic job on such a low, low, budget in accomplishing his goals.

If you are an AVGN fan, this movie is what you've been waiting for. Other "non-initiated" viewers, you may not quite get it.
