I saw this last year just before going to Tibet and it gave me another perspective of that land.
I thoroughly recommend it to people that are interested in seeing Tibet as much more than a mystical Shangri-La. Also worth reading is Trespassers on the Roof of the World: The Secret Exploration of Tibet from Peter Hopkirk.
