One of my favorite Cagney films! Truly the last scene is one for the books...the unforgettable glare in Cagney's eyes, the defiant shuffle in his walk, the harsh lighting across his deep brow and piercing eyes.
.the man is incredible!! I love how multi faceted his character is, more so than you other gangster and noir films of the period and even the later films of the forties and fifties. Even today, the film is just as powerful! Highly recommended!!
