Review of Angels in the Outfield (1994) by Casey L — 21 Jul 2010
I enjoyed this as a kid, but I like any movie with baseball in it. Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Adrien Brody, Dermot Mulroney & Matthew McConaughey were all unknowns in this. So I guess this deserves some credit for recognizing a lot of talent.
The story is a little overly sentimental & I felt it was pretty unnecessary to kill Tony Danza.
