Angel Heart is an intelligent film, blending together many genre's in a way that works beautiful guided by the supporting role by Robert De Niro and a flawless Mickey Rourke in the lead. The whole eerieness of Angel Heart deserves considerable attention too, Its what makes the film so haunting and terrifying.
The ending is genius too. Although, it might be considered somewhat cliche, Its perfect for this type of film.
