Review of Angel Heart (1987) by Tamatai N — 04 Aug 2011
An intelligent, tense and well-rounded supernatural thriller that definitely deserves its reputation as somewhat of a classic and offers a fine example of how talented Mickey Rourke actually is (especially before he got plastic surgery).
A really great, if somewhat predictable, dark film that remains immensely enjoyable even a quarter of a century later.
