Thanks to the suggestive way De Niro looks at Rourke when he talks about debt, the twist is glaringly obvious from the first five minutes. It's obvious who De Niro really is from the DVD cover, and it's also obvious who's committing the murders.
All the brilliant photography in the world can't save it.
