WOW! not the most cheerful film ever but worth it for the wonderful plot, direction and acting! Southern Gofik at its best.
De Niro hires P.I. Rourke to get back a certain item he was cheated out of. To say more would spoil the story, but be warned, the ending is rather visceral :-).
