Review of Angel Eyes (2001) by Dawdlingpoet — 27 Nov 2021

I thought the plot was interesting in this film, although its undoubtedly cheesy. I liked the premise. I thought the acting was ok, not brilliant but not awful. I wasn't expecting too much of this but I did enjoy it more than I think I expected to, so that's good.

There's not much I can say about it, due to the plot twists but it might make you think. There are one or two nice themes present, about rising above circumstances. Some may think the ending is a little cliched but I thought it was a reasonably nice film.
