Review of Angel-A (2005) by Mark S — 28 Nov 2011
I really liked this. Angel-A is like It's a Wonderful Life only it's set in Paris, the good guy is a petty criminal & the angel is a tall blonde slut. The two leads have great chemistry and are so different to each other that they make a striking pair on screen, and the black and white cinematography looks great.
Luc Besson is an underrated director.
