I loved this movie as a kid. I wanted a seal so badly after I saw this, and I was bummed when I found out it's not normal to have a seal as a pet. Andre is just overwhelmingly cute and silly. Also, it's amusing to see the movie now once you learn that the girl in it is also in Napoleon Dynamite.
And Joshua Jackson is a preteen heartthrob even then. You gotta love it.
