Beautiful performances set this film apart from other british films ive seen in the last few years. If you've lost a father or anyone close to you for that matter, this film will touch and move you, probably to tears.
Brilliant acting performances from the young Matthew Beard and colin firth is exceptional.Both father and son seem self absorbed and the imment death of firths father set the narrative moving. The narritive is a little slow at times, but it gives you chance to dwell on the gorgeous camera work.
Overall an intersting character study that I can relate to.
