It reminds me of Turistas and Wolf Creek,the story is quite similar: there are 2 girls,they go alone in a bike trip in Argentina,one of them gets kidnapped and so her friend starts looking for her...I wouldn't say it's a horror,it's more like a thriller,but it's quite good.
