Perhaps it is not fair to say this but the kid in this movie really annoyed me. Barring that, Kelly and Sinatra as two sailors at home looking for some gals is probably what you would expect. And that's probably why you can pass this one up without missing too much.
Although, the oddly incorporated fantasy kingdom, complete with the several minute dance number with Jerry the Mouse, might make it worth a view. Really, there are many better musicals out there.
