One of my all-time favorites. Very quotable, very funny, very well executed. The unrated version gets a bit weird at times, as there are added scenes which don't work as well as those in the theatrical release.

Steve Carell is a scene-stealer time and time again. The multitudes of cameos (especially the fight scene, and even a hidden Jerry Stiller) are the cherry on top of this hilarious comedy. And hey, you know what they say, sixty percent of the time, it work every time.
