Review of Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues (2013) by Surferal — 04 Jan 2014

Anchorman 2 is a poor film in comparison to its predecessor. Most of the jokes involving Ron are over thought and try to hard. The story itself is far too jumpy and doesn't flow at all. Some key area plot lines in the opening hour aren't followed through and we jump to some ridiculous conclusions. I have given this one star for the initial performance of Steve Carrell as Brick he is funny but his jokes again go too far.

Overall a good concept is ruined by poor jokes and trying to be funny it's just not natural.
