The goofiness can wear a bit thin (and even exhausting) by the time the end credits begin to roll, but nevertheless, "Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues" delivers on its promise for a bevy of oddball jokes and dimwitted yet lovable characters in scenarios so surreal that you can't help but get lost in the insanity.
