Fantastic! Stewart is immense, Remick successfully plays the part of the seemingly sultry but at the same time rather innocent femme fatale. Early showing from George C.Scott is also on the money. No gimmicks, no over the top recreations of the rape at the centre of the plot.
Just honest to goodness storytelling with old school actors doing the job, correctly.
