The success of this screenplay relies on the delicate balance of doubt. Jimmy Stewart proves he was far ahead of his time and we are introduced to young, dynamic George C. Scott as the cool, collected prosecutor.
The run time is a bit long at 2hrs 40min but if you have the time, it's more than worth it.
