The film is excellent and a classic in every right. the film was an interesting subject matter for the times. james stewart the every day man is superb and gives another performance beyond anyone else, the man was criminally underrated for the times.
Great direction and one of those films that leaves you with an ending that keeps you thinking. filmmaking beyond the times, this is a classic.
