Review of Anatomy of a Murder (1959) by Ryan Gibbons — 14 Nov 2010
Wow....that was great. Not only is Anatomy of a Murder absolutely thrilling, but it is superbly acted by Scott and Stewart, and all of the supporting roles are fantastic as well. I have always loved these types of films, they usually take place in one room, but it is what is said in that one room that makes the movie what it is.
I think this can easily be called one of the greatest movies ever made. Otto Preminger's third film for me exceeded every expectation.
