The idea of a serial killer that uses anamorphosis is a really cool concept, sadly it's under utilised here and takes a back seat to dull characters and an under-developed plot. It's not SO bad, but the arty-surreal climax comes out of nowhere and ends without explaining or resolving anything.
Pretty dissapointing really.
