Review of Anacondas: Trail of Blood (2009) by David L — 17 Mar 2010
Unfortunately, this carried on from where the last installment left us, quite literally in terms of both storyline, and in poor quality. The computer generated snake looked more unrelaistic than ever, and this time was able to regenerate itself having been cut in half.
It lacked any originality that the first two films offered, and has just cast more people to get killed off in the same old boring way. The only plus point was that the battle for survival was made a tad more interesting as the humans were battling each other, as well as the snake.
If these films had been relesed in the opposite order, I would be saying how much better they had become with each installment. However, as that is not the case and as much as I like these creature flicks, it may be time to quit before they get any worse.
