Review of An Unfinished Life (2005) by Jac W — 02 Aug 2010
A touching drama that is saccharine at times, but gets it right. The performances from Redford, Lopez, and Freeman are all very good and endear the film. It deals with some heavy themes and I think suffered from the fact that it is very much in the tone of Brokeback Mountain which was released the same year.
I feel the need to rewatch it.
