A great movie. I enjoyed the movie and the cast was great. It is a drama about a training camp were Richard Gere characters goes to get away and find meaning in his life. He is able to do so but learns a lot through difficult trials.
I also wanted to see the movie because Louis Gossett Jr won the oscar for best supporting actor. He was trained by R. Lee Ermey and you can tell because some of the lines he says are like the ones he uses himself in Full Metal Jacket.
Overall, Great movie with great acting and a great song which won the oscar as well.
