Though the ending is sexist, you can't help but feel so giddy and happy when you finish watching this movie. Richard Gere, on a personal note, has never seemed so HOT *giggle* Great acting all around, especially by Louis Gossett Jr.
and the never bad Debra Winger. I usually hate movies when the characters seem to fall in love to quickly, but this one is different because the characters truly open up to one another and bare their souls, being a legitimate couple not only attracted by sex.
