Review of An Inconvenient Truth (2006) by Kylie P — 01 Sep 2010
I am well aware there is an increased frecvency of extreme weather phenomena all over the world...The pollution level has also risen, especially in the city where it's such a traffic jam...The sun is burning with a greater strength and pollution most definitely amplifies this unwanted effect and others.
...However, this movie is built with the undelying intention to amplify the dimensions of the global disaster and of its outcomes in order to urge all of us to really do something about it ...The perspective is more than pessimistic, despite Al Gore's witty jokes, so the ultimate effect is to shock us or even scare us.
..There are barely any solutions given and it's all a catastrophic scenery without really being taken into account the degree of probability for this changes to happen or not....
