Review of An Inconvenient Truth (2006) by Dillon L — 24 Apr 2011
Al Gore's global warming doc is hardly entertaining enough to warrant great status but it's a stimulating film. It's over-dramatic perhaps. The movie wants to prevent disaster, and yet it is so in-your-face with disaster that I get a feeling of hopelessness when I should get a feeling of hope. Regardless, it's informative and worth thinking about both for its subject and the politics surrounding the film.
