An entertaining and for the most part informative documentary which highlights many of the problems with climate change in a very personal manner from Al Gore. Rather than just providing an argument against the climate change unbelievers, Gore literally blows up every myth which has been built up to defend the actions of governments and individuals over the years.

But further than just providing a clearly documented study of the history of climate change (and when I say history, I mean history - he looks back millions of years to prove the case), Gore brings it closer to home, demonstrating the effect global warming has had on his own life since he was a child, and in the candid manner he approaches it he prevents the documentary from coming over preachy.

It would have helped if he had been able to provide more active solutions on how to combat it personally other than with a website address, but this is a small complaint in a documentary which drives home it's point with stunning effectiveness, ensuring the first thing you do after watching it is to do everything you possibly can to reverse your own effect on the world.
