From the first movie, to this one, and all of the scientific evidence in between (both empirical and anecdotal), it can make you sick to your stomach having this knowledge and yet there will always be people who wish to believe the scientific equivalent of 1+1 = 3.

No matter how much evidence you show them, they still believe the answer is 3! What's worse, is those aforementioned people also vote in the United States, in numbers that have proven to be dangerous.
