Review of An Inconvenient Sequel: Truth to Power (2017) by Pete J — 13 Aug 2017
I found this film to be both entertaining and inspiring. It provides an insider look at the negotiations around the Paris Climate Accord and it shows how one person can work to educate, organize and lead to make a difference on this most important issue of our time.
The ten year perspective since the original Inconvenient Truth, showing the flooded coastal streets of Miami and the flooding of the 9/11 memorial excavation during Hurricane Sandy, underscore how Climate Change is not just a future threat but a present danger.
The data regarding adoption of alternative energy sources is encouraging and hopeful. This is not a movie about acting to make a difference. doom and gloo; it's about.
