Director, scriptwriter, whoever: edit that one scene from the opening (you know what it is) and clean up the "getting the letter back" scene and it would be a perfect rating because it would be an amazing film.
As far quibbles about the design goes, the costumes were not so good, Driver was fantastic but needed some better clothes.
