AN EDUCATION is an excellent film; some of the sequences reminded me of 1960's French films made by Jean-Luc Godard, Francois Truffaut, Louis Malle and other filmmakers. But the real highlight of this film is Carey Mulligan.
Her astonishing performance in this film is probably when made her mark as one of the finest actors of my generation.
