The more I watch this movie, the more I love it. Arguably the best werewolf movie ever made, it's a toss between this and the howling. What makes this film so amazing is how john landis balances the gore, scares, and humor without making it overtly campy.
The ground breaking transformation scene still holds up, and still rivals some of the cgi "turning" scenes today. I see a bad moon a rising, and it's never been so much bloody fun.
