Review of An American Tail: Fievel Goes West (1991) by Tristan P — 27 May 2009
It definitely improves on Bluth's trademark choppy animation in the original. The songs are also less annoying and it's great fun hearing John Cleese, James Stewart and the late great Dom DeLuise.
But the darkness of the original film is replaced with Looney Tunes violence and gross-out gags.
